One of these healthy habits is to get moving! Engaging in regular exercise that raises your heart rate and increases blood flow to the brain and body can help improve brain health. Join us on June 14 to get moving at Amped Lifestyle in Park Hills or Farmington! We will be raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association, while also improving brain health.

Farmington Classes: Bungee at 8, 9, 10, and 11 AM
