19th Annual City Wide Yard Sale - Friday & Saturday, August 11 & 12, 2023

The 19th Annual Park Hills/Leadington City Wide Yard Sale is scheduled for BOTH Friday & Saturday, August 11 & 12, 2023!

Participants have their choice of hosting a 1-day OR 2-day sale!!

Sponsored by the Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce.

Park Hills residents MUST purchase a permit in order to sell.  Leadington residents are not required to purchase a permit to sell, however, to be included in the map and advertising opportunities, a special permit is required.

PERMIT PURCHASING DATES

• Purchase ONLINE: July 10, 2023, to August 6, 2023.
• Purchase IN PERSON From the CHAMBER OFFICE: July 24, 2023 - August 7, 2023.

PERMIT OPTIONS

• Single Family: Basic Permit: Includes Seller's Permit and Address of Sale Placed on a List.
  • ​​​One Day (Friday OR Saturday) $5.00*
  • Both Days (Friday & Saturday) $8.00*
• Single Family: Premium Permit: Includes Seller's Permit, Address of Sale Placed on a List, Address of Sale is Pinpointed on the Yard Sale Map, and Space to List 5 Items or Rows of Text.
  • One Day (Friday OR Saturday) $10.00*
  • Both Days (Friday & Saturday) $15.00*​​​​
• Multi-Family, Organization, or Business Permit: Includes Seller's Permit, Address Placed on a List, Address is Pinpointed on the Yard Sale Map, Boldface Extra Large Font Type, and Space to List 10 Items or Rows of Text.
  • ​One Day or Both Days $25.00*

* Please Note! A $1.00 service fee is added to all ONLINE registrations!

RULES & GUIDELINES

• Permits MUST be purchased from the Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce either Online or at the Chamber Office - see purchasing dates below.
• City Wide Yard Sale Permits MAY NOT be purchased at either Park Hills or Leadington City Halls.
• This Yard Sale DOES NOT count toward the resident's annual yard sale limit in Park Hills.
• Permits will be sold ONLINE ONLY beginning on July 10, 2023.
• Permits will be available for purchase IN-PERSON from the Chamber Office beginning on July 24, 2023.
• All permits MUST be purchased by MIDNIGHT on August 7th in order to be included on the Map.
• Maps will be available for purchase at a cost of $2 each at various locations from August 9th - 12th.
