Workshop: Money Smart for Small Businesses

Money Smart For Small Businesses is a training course designed specifically for persons just starting out in business.  It provides a quick introduction to the essentials of creating and operating a venture.  The courses manual brings the business basics together for future reference.

After completing this course, you'll be able to apply what you learned right away.  We are pleased to help you get ready to take the next steps in your business's growth.

The Class Modules Include:

• Time Management:  Tips to make you more efficient
• Financial Management:  Understanding this critical practice
• Recordkeeping: As a managerial tool
• Banking Services:  Designed for small businesses
• Credit Reporting: Demystified
• Risk Management: Planning for what you can and cannot control
• Insurance:  Choices for businesses
• Tax Planning and Reporting:  Understanding taxes and your business
• Selling Your Business and Succession Planning: Developing an exit strategy for your business

New classes begin August 26, 2014.  There will be 6 classes that will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays.  Class dates are August 26 & 28, and September 2, 4, 9, & 11.  Classes to be held in Desloge, MO.
