Committee Meeting - Sweetheart Trivia Night

A meeting of the Sweetheart Trivia Planning Committee is to be held at KREI/KTJJ Radio at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at 1:30 p.m.

At this meeting, we will continue planning for the 2018 Sweetheart Trivia Night on February 10, 2018.

The Sweetheart Trivia Committee Members are responsible for the following items:

• Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
• Deciding on food for the event
• Decorations for the event
• Recommending an emcee for the event
• Assisting with collection of door prizes for the event
• Assisting with collection of desserts for the event
• Securing a wine tasting sponsor for the event
• Securing judges for the event
• Ensuring adequate volunteers for the event
• Assisting with food preparation for the event
• Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
