Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run

The Planning Committee for the Annual Firecracker Run will meet immediately following the Chamber Investor Meeting at approximately 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at Elizabeth Hall in Leadington.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
