FOOD & REFRESHMENTS
- Lunch is Available for purchase at The 19th Hole Bar & Grill located next to the Pro Shop. They offer a lunch buffet or a variety of other menu items.

- Candy bars and snacks are also available for purchase at The 19th Hole Bar & Grill during tournament play.
- Complimentary Awards Dinner for all participants following the tournament at the 19th Hole Bar & Grill.
PRIZES & AWARDS
- Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Teams per Flight.
- The number of Flights will be determined by the number of actual team entries.

- Closest to the Pin
- Men’s Longest Drive
- Women’s Longest Drive
Door Prize Drawings will follow dinner. (Participant must be present to win.)

Crown Pointe Golf Course is located just off of Highway 67 between Leadington and Farmington. Visitors would take Highway 67 South to the Parkway Drive Exit. Upon exiting the highway turn left to cross over the highway. This will bring you to Flat River Road. Make a right on Flat River Road and follow it to Hunt Road. Making a left on to Hunt Road will situate you directly in front of the golf course.
