The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber and East Missouri Action Agency invites you to come find the answers you need about the new Affordable Health Care Act, Cover Missouri. 

Certified Counselors will help you find out if you qualify; help you with the application process; explain what happens if you don't apply; tell you about the tax credits and more.

This no cost, informational seminar is open to the public and being hosted by East Missouri Action Agency and the Park Hills Leadington Chamber of Commerce.
